At Vulkan Vegas, we ensure that player options are a priority. We accept multiple currencies that include, but are not limited to, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and many more.
To get started, you must first deposit funds to your account. The minimum deposit amount is 10 EUR, 10 USD or their equivalent. There are several deposit options you can choose from, and the availability of these deposit methods depends on your country of residence.
Generally speaking, the deposit methods we accept are the following:
- Jeton Go
- Jeton Wallet
- Sofort (DE)
- Paysafecard (DE)
Note that even if we service your country, the payment option may not. In that case, you have to select another method.
There is a maximum deposit amount or each type of deposit method. To view this, you have to log in and check the deposit table from your account. We do not charge any fee for deposits.
Like the deposit method, we also provide players with several withdrawal options. At Vulkan Vegas, you can withdraw with Neteller, Skrill, QIWI, Visa, Mastercard, and EcoPayz.
The minimum and maximum amount of money you can withdraw depends on the method you are using. It also depends on your currency. The minimum withdrawal is important to balance the cost of transferring money to your account.
We would charge withdrawal fees if the money you deposited to your account was never used for a bet. To avoid this fee, you have to bet an amount that is equal to twice the amount of your deposit. If you deposited €10, then you must bet a total of €20.
If this condition is not met, you will be charged a 20% withdrawal fee. Note that not all games contribute to this requirement equally. Bets placed on slot machines contribute 100% against your target of 2X wagering requirement, while bets on roulette and its variants only contribute 15%.
How to Withdraw Money from Vulkan Vegas
Withdrawals are not automatically scheduled. You need to trigger this process manually. Before you withdraw, you must first go through an identity verification.
To do this, the system will prompt you to enter personal and financial information. Take a look at what would be asked below:
- Complete name
- Date of birth
- Amount to withdraw
After this, you have to go through what is commonly called as KYC or “know your customers”. It is a standard process for casino operators to comply with international anti-money laundering laws.
In KYC, you will be asked to submit documents proving your identity. These are valid government documents and may include a scanned copy of your driver’s license, visa or passport, and your credit or debit card.
Why is KYC important? This is a crucial step to protect our consumers from fraudulent transactions. Also, this is required by countries to prevent an online gambling institution from becoming a facility for laundering money.
The KYC guarantees that all monies that get transacted within our system can be traced. Once you have verified your identity, you can now withdraw larger amounts.
In some cases, KYC is not needed if your withdrawal amount is less than $1000. But this is not guaranteed. It is best that you supply honest information upon sign-up to prevent any issues later on.
If you have completed the KYC process, you may withdraw up to 30,000 USD. The withdrawal can take anywhere between 5 minutes to 48 hours. In some cases, it can take up to five banking days.
If your chosen withdrawal method is through a phone call, this process can take up to three weeks. Phone call wire transfers require that we conduct an anti-fraud investigation. You may be asked to provide documents like you would with the KYC.
Note that withdrawal has a minimum. If you are withdrawing to an e-wallet like Skrill and Neteller, you have to withdraw at least €10 or . If you are withdrawing to credit and debit cards, the minimum is €45 or $50.
Additional Payout Details
When withdrawing money, make sure you withdraw it to your account. You can keep yourself safe by double-checking the numbers you type. The same thing applies with your other details such as your name and address.
All your info must match with the documents you submit to us, and they must match the information found in your financial institution’s systems. If this information does not match, the withdrawal process will fail.
If the withdrawal amount is greater than your limit, you can break them down. For card withdrawals, you can break them down in increments of €200 or its currency equivalent.
Despite Vulkan Vegas attempting to process your fund transfers as fast as possible, there can be some delays due to your country’s banking system. The time of payment that we showed you is an estimate based on averages, but not guaranteed. Delays are sometimes caused by legal processes from your country.
Depending on your bank, you may be charged a fee. Some banks charge a conversion rate, a wire transfer fee, and an international fee. Card withdrawals are also the same. If you are using e-wallets, you will also be charged a fee.
Some e-wallets, like Skrill and Neteller, do not charge fees for receiving money, but they charge fees by the time you transfer that money to your bank account or card.
Under normal circumstances, we process payments in as short as five minutes. This can happen if you have already verified your identity or completed the KYC and if you withdrew to an e-wallet. In some cases, this can take up to 48 hours.
The longest you have to wait for a banking transfer is between 5 and 7 days. For transfers made over the phone, it can take between two to three weeks once the anti-fraud investigation is complete.
Withdrawals can be refused if the Company suspects that there is a criminal activity going on. Make sure that you use your legal name and that you have proof of your identity to have a smooth withdrawal experience.
